Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is a production placeholder for TurboShip Logistics LLC's driver onboarding portal. It should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before TurboShip collects, stores, or processes real driver personal information.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

Information collected

The portal may collect driver contact details, invite-code information, city/market assignment, auto insurance document copies, onboarding status, training completion status, and document upload metadata.

If production integrations are enabled, uploaded documents, signed agreements, DocuSign envelope records, WorkMarket setup status, audit logs, and support communications may also be processed.

How information is used

TurboShip uses portal data to review driver onboarding eligibility, administer invite-only registration, manage required agreements and documents, route support requests, verify training completion, and coordinate payment or tax setup through approved third-party services.

Portal data should not be used for unrelated marketing, resale, or public disclosure.

Sharing and service providers

TurboShip may share limited information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, document storage, e-signature workflows, payment setup, background or compliance review, and operational support.

Production vendors should be reviewed for security, privacy, data-processing terms, breach-notice obligations, and retention controls before real driver data is collected.

Security and retention

Driver data should be stored in production systems with role-based access, row-level security, private storage buckets, encrypted transport, strong administrator authentication, and monitored audit trails.

TurboShip should retain driver data only as long as needed for onboarding, operational, legal, tax, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention periods should be documented before launch.

Driver choices and support

Drivers may request access, correction, or deletion of portal information by contacting TurboShip support. Some records may need to be retained when required for tax, legal, compliance, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Support staff should verify the requestor before disclosing, correcting, or deleting driver records.
