Terms and Driver Portal Use

These Terms are a production placeholder for TurboShip Logistics LLC's invite-only driver onboarding portal. They should be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before TurboShip collects real driver data or relies on portal records for operations.

Last updated: May 22, 2026

Portal purpose

The portal is intended for invited independent driver candidates and authorized TurboShip personnel. It supports registration, document collection, agreement completion, training confirmation, support, and handoff to approved operational systems.

Access to the portal does not guarantee an assignment, route, payment, engagement, or continued relationship with TurboShip.

Driver responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information; keeping login credentials confidential; uploading only their own valid documents; and promptly updating TurboShip when submitted information changes.

Drivers must not share invite codes, impersonate another person, upload fraudulent or unlawful content, attempt to access another driver's records, or interfere with portal security.

Independent contractor context

The portal may support onboarding for independent delivery drivers. These terms are not a contractor agreement, employment agreement, offer letter, benefits plan, payment promise, or legal classification determination.

Any binding contractor terms should be provided in the applicable written agreement and reviewed through TurboShip's approved signing workflow.

Documents, signatures, and vendors

TurboShip may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, e-signatures, payment setup, tax setup, support, and compliance workflows. Drivers may need to complete additional steps directly with those providers.

Electronic signatures, uploaded files, and completion records should be treated as operational records and may be retained for compliance, audit, tax, safety, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity purposes.

Portal availability and support

TurboShip may update, suspend, restrict, or retire portal functionality as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Drivers should contact TurboShip support if they believe their account has been compromised, a submitted record is incorrect, or a portal workflow is preventing completion of required onboarding steps.
